How does a project start?
We begin with a conversation, define the scope, agree on deliverables, and establish the next steps before work begins. Work begins when the relevant scope, commercial terms, required approvals, and any applicable initial payment have been agreed.

The exact process, timeline, pricing, and support arrangements depend on each project and will be confirmed in the relevant proposal or agreement.

Are hosting, maintenance and support included?
Hosting, monitoring, backups, security updates, ongoing maintenance, and support are included only when specified in the relevant agreement.

Who owns the finished work?
Ownership, transfer of rights, source-code delivery, reuse of pre-existing components, open-source software, and third-party assets will be governed by the relevant written agreement and applicable licences.
