Terms of Service

1. Scope of Services

One2Seven Studio may provide web design and development, UI/UX design, graphic design, application development, AI-related solutions, cloud services, IT infrastructure work, and other services agreed with a client.

The exact services, deliverables, assumptions, and exclusions will be described in an accepted proposal, statement of work, or service agreement.

2. Project Commencement

Work begins when the relevant scope, commercial terms, required approvals, and any applicable initial payment have been agreed.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate requirements, timely feedback, necessary access, and materials they have the right to supply. Delays in approvals or dependencies may affect delivery schedules.

4. Scope Changes

Additional features, revisions, integrations, or requirements outside the agreed scope may require a revised estimate, timeline, or written approval.

5. Fees and Payment

Fees, taxes, payment schedules, expenses, and any applicable late-payment provisions will be specified in the relevant proposal or agreement. No general website statement overrides an agreed project contract.

6. Intellectual Property and Third-Party Materials

Ownership, transfer of rights, source-code delivery, reuse of pre-existing components, open-source software, and third-party assets will be governed by the relevant written agreement and applicable licences.

7. Testing and Acceptance

Where appropriate, the project agreement will define testing, review periods, acceptance criteria, included revisions, and how defects will be reported and addressed.

8. Hosting, Maintenance, and Support

Hosting, monitoring, backups, security updates, ongoing maintenance, and support are included only when specified in the relevant agreement. Third-party platform dependencies may affect availability and performance.

9. Confidentiality and Data Protection

Each party will handle confidential information responsibly. Any processing of personal data on behalf of a client must be governed by appropriate privacy terms and, where required, a data-processing agreement.

10. Warranties and Limitations

Specific warranties, service commitments, exclusions, and liability provisions will be stated in the relevant agreement and remain subject to applicable law.

11. Suspension and Termination

The circumstances, notice requirements, outstanding payment obligations, and consequences of termination will be set out in the relevant contract.

12. Disputes and Contact

The governing law and dispute-resolution arrangements will be specified in the signed agreement.
